Sesame Noodle

This wildly popular dish of soft and luxurious noodles, bathed in a mixture of sesame oil and soy rendered vivid and fiery by chili pepper and sweetened by honey, cut by scallions and ginger, made fantastic by technique! Great served room temperature or cold, delicious either way!!!

Falafel

Our falafel is made without Flour or gluten products, straight chickpeas and spices. They are fully cooked and ready eat. Warm them to bring out the aroma of the spices. Full of protein, add them to a salad, make a sandwich with your favorite toppings. Anything you put on a pizza, you can eat with a falafel. The traditional sandwich is falafel, a chopped salad of tomato, onion and peppers topped with tahini in a warm pita pocket. Try them with a breakfast sandwich too!

Babaganoush

First, we smoke the eggplant, remove the skins and then mix with a blend of honey, lemon and garlic and some seasoning. Babaganoush is great as dip with chips or vegetables, use in place of mayo on a sandwich (I like roast beef), try it as a salad dressing or pair it up with any other side dish like an asparagus.

Eggplant Salad

This is a mix of grilled eggplant with roasted red peppers marinated in Olive and Vinegar.  It is a rich side dish, tapenade, or dip.  I like to pair it with broccoli.  Or make an eggplant salad-salad with romaine lettuce, caramelized onions, and walnuts.  But my favorite is straight up with a warm pita or baguette.

Tabbouleh Salad

No matter how you spell it.  This a vibrant, fresh salad made of wheat bulger, parsley, tomato, lemon and a pinch of spices for a little zip.  It pairs well with other Yosi Kitchen salads like hummus, tzatziki and babaganoush.  I put a scoop with a dollop of tzatziki and top with falafel for a nice lunch plate.  It is a great ‘salsa’ with chips.  Add it to a salad.  However, you like it; try it at Yosi Kitchen
