No matter how you spell it. This a vibrant, fresh salad made of wheat bulger, parsley, tomato, lemon and a pinch of spices for a little zip. It pairs well with other Yosi Kitchen salads like hummus, tzatziki and babaganoush. I put a scoop with a dollop of tzatziki and top with falafel for a nice lunch plate. It is a great ‘salsa’ with chips. Add it to a salad.
